NotesMy default sort is by title, so this isn't nearly as random as it could have been. (Or perhaps more so: say if default sort was 'genre' ... that could skew the results quite a bit. So, I'd never heard of MediaMonkey 'till you mentioned it. I've been using Winamp version 2.91 since, apparently, 2003 since that's the date on the info screen I just checked for version info. *grins* 3 was bad, so every time I rebuild a computer, I've just installed from my old saved copy of 2.91.

This is why I don't belong in IT. I fear change.

So I just downloaded MediaMonkey and figured I'd give it a try. I'm a little worried that I'll get lost in updating tags that I don't have time for, but it does seem like it could be a useful program.

The best part so far, though, is finding some funny tags that I've never noticed before. For instance. I have several songs whose genre is listed as, and I quote, "best fuckin' band ever".
